Forgive me for neglecting you for such a looonngg time.

This time I'm going to tell some stories about my trip to Malang from March 9th - 13th, 2016.

Malang Trip : Day One
Yeeayy finally I go traveling. Hahaa..
But at first day, unexpected incidents happened. We were about departing from home. Me and my daughter just sat down on the middle seat in the car. My 15 months old daughter was sooo active, she held on the car door, staring at the window. Suddenly my father came from the car door in which my daughter held on. He didn't know that she was there. He just opened the car door and my daughter lost her grip. She fell down. Her right face touched the ground. It was a depressing moment. She got a lump in her forehead. She was crying out loud. Everyone was scolding me because I didn't take care of my daughter well. I was crying and feeling sooo guilty. I didn't talk during our trip to the airport. But my feeling was better when we arrived at airport and my husband ask me apologize. Haha..
Half an hour later, we arrived at Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport. We waited for our baggage, but somehow we couldn't find them. We asked to the airport officers and they said that our baggage was likely left at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. We were quite angry but the officers promised that the baggage would be delivered to our airport as soon as they arrived. So we left the airport and went to hotel.
That was not a good start for this Malang trip, but me and my husband tried to calm and relax, since we met our families at the hotel.
On the night, we went to Batu Night Spectacular. It is a place where we can see beautiful lamps and lanterns all around. There are also some rides like those at Dufan. My daughter, Almira, was sooo happy as soon as she saw the lamps and lanterns. She was so excited that she wanted to walk alone by herself. She wanted to hold every lamps and lanterns she saw. She really loves the lights.
Apart from the unpleasant experience at the start, we quite enjoy the first day in Malang. It's a beautiful and tidy city. The appearance of the city is not much different from Jakarta. I'll tell you the 2nd day story at next post !
